Led by agile, feminine vocals, Transviolet is a New York-formed, Los Angeles-based foursome serving up slick electronic pop that falls somewhere in line with Sia and Lana Del Rey. Their seductive debut single, "Girls Your Age," made waves via social networking and streaming spheres in the second half of 2015, and was remixed by indie electronic darling Twin Shadow. Also that year, they delivered their eponymous Transviolet EP on Epic Records. In 2017, they returned with the single "Kaleidoscopes," featuring Reo Cragun
Who is TRANSVIOLET? If you have not heard of them so far you are missing out! One of the most underrated bands around. The band consists of the hauntingly beautiful mesmerizing singer Sarah McTaggart, multi-instrumentalist Michael Panek, drummer/producer Jonathan Garcia and guitarist Judah McCarthy.
The band has reckless abandon when it comes to expressing themselves in all aspects of their music. They are powerful, extremely creative, approachable, fearless, and uplifting. They promote honest awareness and love, be true to yourself and speak your truth.
