Rob Stone ~ Stone Cold Tour 2018

Rob $tone, born Jaylen Robinson and from Lemon Grove, performed a hometown show at the Music Box in downtown Little Italy San Diego on Saturday, March 3rd. 

Stone know for his debut single "Chill Bill" (think of the whistle song from the Quinten Tarantino film Kill Bill) from Straight Bummin, his first mixtape released in February 2015. That song put him on the music map and currently has over 125 million views on YouTube putting him in rarefied air for an artist from San Diego, joining Blink-182. Not bad for a song written an hour after being let go after being in the back of a police car.

San Diego was the second stop on his Stone Cold Tour, in support of his October 2017 release Don't Wait For It. Look for another local show in the near future that has an all-ages policy, so perhaps a SOMA show is in the works.
